PIK POK - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE Pik Pok (pikpok.live) is a digital entertainment platform. We provide online communication and live video-chat services, digital content and virtual token features. All services offered on this platform are Digital Entertainment Services delivered entirely online. Payments made on Pik Pok are for access to digital entertainment features and virtual tokens only. 2. NO OFF-PLATFORM ACTIVITY All interaction between members must take place inside the Pik Pok platform. Any arrangement, meeting, service, transaction or agreement made outside the platform is strictly prohibited. Pik Pok does not organise, arrange, supervise, endorse or take part in any off-platform activity and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for anything that happens outside the platform. Members who attempt to move an interaction off-platform may have their account suspended or terminated without refund. 3. AGE REQUIREMENT Membership is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. By registering, every member confirms they are at least 18 years old. Creators must complete identity verification with a valid government-issued document before any earnings can be withdrawn. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately and permanently. 4. VIRTUAL TOKENS AND PAYMENTS Tokens are a virtual currency used to access features such as live video calls and content unlocks. Tokens have no cash value outside the platform, are non-transferable between accounts, and are consumed as the corresponding feature is used. Bonus tokens granted for free are promotional and may carry usage limits. 5. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT Illegal content, content involving minors, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, solicitation of off-platform services, and any breach of applicable law are strictly forbidden. We operate automated and human moderation and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. 6. REFUNDS Digital services and consumed tokens are non-refundable once used. Refund requests for unused purchases are reviewed case by case in line with applicable EU consumer law. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Pik Pok provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for the conduct of its members, for interactions between members, or for any loss arising from off-platform activity. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered.
